On July 4 and 5, 2022, more than 25 representatives of the SkillSea partners met in Rome for their transnational consortium meeting. More than 10 persons joined the meeting online. The meeting took place in the magnificent offices of Confitarma, the Italian Confederation of Shipowners, located in the historic city- center of Rome.
Tuesday 4th of March and Wednesday, the 5th of March, around 35 SkillSea partners met in Brussels (Belgium) to be informed about the results of the work executed in the different work packages and to discuss the future developments and activities in the project. Because the partners had only seen each other during the past two years on screen, a meet-and-greet was added to the programme in order to stimulate the exchange and to facilitate the mutual contact.
At 16 and 23 February 2022 an online SkillSea seminar took place on the subject of Green and Digital Skills for maritime professionals. We received about 40 online attendees, mostly working at Maritime Training and Education Institutions and at national authorities.
We would like to invite you to the third and fourth online seminars about future-proof skills for maritime professionals.
Contemporary challenges faced by Maritime Education & Training (MET) institutions and Maritime Training Centers (MTC) require effective strategic planning.
