Stakeholder Cooperation for MET Tool (S.CO.MET.T)

This tool is based on the PESTEL (Political-Economic-Social-Technical-Environmental-Lega) strategic approach as adjusted for the needs of METs/MTCs  to explore the potential for cooperation with various stakeholders. The user, a representative of a Maritime Education and Training establishment, provides insight by selecting predefined options on questions. These options reveal preference through  levels of agreement; a list of options from 'strongly agree' to 'strongly disagree' is available.  Then, the user can provide for a set of attributes a number between 0 and 10 with the score representing the impact/potential impact of a stakeholder on this attribute. The final score is weighted and reveals i) the total potential of a stakeholder to contribute to the goal and ii) the  plain scores per attribute, so synergies and cooperation among stakeholders can be explored.
