The Strategic Evaluation MET Tool (ST.E.ME.T.) is based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and can be used for both internal and external evaluation of MET Institutions. This will allow the measurement and monitoring of the progress towards futureproof strategic goals. The tool is operable at MET/module level. METs could benefit from ST.E.ME.T. and perform multiple evaluations of alternatives at their planning phase or identify areas of strength and weakness in their curricula. The tool is designed primarily for the (high level) administration of METs. Other capabilities of ST.E.ME.T. are the external evaluation and the identification of differences between MTCs.
